AOL Explorer (previously AOL Browser) is a Web Browser released in 2005. It is available as a free download, and it also came free with any AOL internet service. It released few versions, only ranging from Version 1 to Version 1.5. Version 1.5 was replaced by AOL OpenRide, which was replaced by AOL Desktop. Despite this, AOL Explorer Version 1.5 is still available for a free download. AOL Explorer failed all three of the Acid tests. AOL Explorer is a part of the Other group, which makes up only about 5% of current Browser Usage.
